Identify risks and gather information on potential quality risks

Risks related to developing new products: Over 80% of the risks concerning product quality and safety originate in the design and development stage. Thus, UE Furniture focuses on the identification and elimination of potential risk during the assessment of new products. Collecting and assessing customer complaint risks: The company has established digital management of client contact points. Through return visits, the aftersales service hotline, online opinion monitoring, third-party satisfaction surveys, and other channels, we collect information on our clients' opinions of our products.
